Beth has been great at keeping in contact and keeping everyone on track, great communication from her and always at the end of the phone! Libby helped out to get our contracts exchanged and even managed to get a contractor out for a last min boiler service on the same day! Great team!
Literally couldn't recommend Crucible enough! We were a little hesitant to use Crucible as we hadn't seen many of their Boards in our area S8, but after loads of viewings we received 7 offers and were blown away with the price they got for our property. The team are genuinely friendly and very professional, and made the whole process completely stress free. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work in getting us over the line!
The team at the Crucible have been very helpful and professional. The viewing and negotiations after the viewing have been exceptionally convenient and stress-free. Izabella in particular has been very helpful and did her best to help both parties. I did not manage to buy the property due to my own financial circumstances but certainly I fully recommend Crucible for any prospective home buyer.

Had a very nice an easy appointment booked, Then had a very helpful young lady show me round , who then answered all my questions and came back to me the next day with answers that needed more time to find out . The offer process was made very easy and not too much time passed before my offer was accepted. So a very good experience from the start and cannot praise them enough. and a special a thank you to Liberty Sykes for all her help.
I had a promising telephone conversation with one of the agents to book a viewing. She then sent me a video of the property and asked that I reply to the email to arrange the viewings, which I did the same day. I haven't heard back since. I followed up the next day with phone calls and could not speak to anyone, so I left a voice message. I followed up 2 days later by calling due to the weekend after not hearing back from them, and after mutiple attempts, the agent who answered proceeded to say that they are fully booked for viewings, as the phones have been ringing off the hook, and there is nothing she can do. How very frustrating and unprofessional! Edit very rude and unpleasant staff. AVOID AT ALL COST
Highly recommended agents, very professional and swift in responding, which is crucial when it comes to buying a property! Thank you
