Blundells did a great job selling my house. Scott was friendly and approachable and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. He suggested using the auction route and made the process so easy. They took care of everything and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had a very good experience with the sale of a property through Blundells, Hillsborough, Sheffield.  Despite an increasingly difficult sales market, the property sold and went through to completion without a hitch.  Scott, Hayley and the team provided excellent advice and ancillary support when needed and were always prompt in their communication. I highly recommend.

We had a really challenging purchase process but the Blundells team were always happy to help even though I wasn't their client. Hayley and the team went above and beyond to make sure the sale happened, and always with a smile and a positive attitude.

A true hallmark of an agent js when managing the tenancy becomes difficult  non paying tenants or tenants seeking early termination due to mental health challenges etc  ….. but Isabelle has been approachable , pragmatic and responsive . Hayley and the team are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble, we had a lot of problems with the conveyancers but without the hillsborough team I don't know what we would have done. They was letting us know at every opportunity what was happening which was brilliant of them to do so. The team work very hard to do what ever they can for their clients. Absolutely appalling service trying to rent a house through this company even with fully managed service. Mistake after mistake both for myself and my tenants. The final straw was failing to let me know my last tenants hadn’t renewed their tenancy and the house was sat unoccupied! I would strongly recommend using another letting agent in the area. It’s not worth the headache and stress with Blundells.

The team were amazing for our house move, special mention to Abbie for making the process so much easier and being there every step of the way.

I have used Blundells in Hillsborough recently to sell my property.Marie kept me up to date with all aspects of the selling process and was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries.If she was not available other staff members would always endeavour to assist. Following the great service received from Blundells,another family member has instructed Blundells to market their property which was sold in one week with the same great service.  I would also like to mention Tracy,who is the mortgage advisor at Blundells.She sorted a mortgage out for my son to buy an apartment, and worked tirelessly to achieve this and " made it happen" through her efforts and hardwork he is now a proud first time home owner.
