A great student lettings agency, they always respond to our maintenance issues almost immediately and have a great maintenance them. They are always friendly and happy to answer any queries. They also have some excellent competitions with great prizes. We have signed with them for another year!
Brad on the maintenance team has been really helpful, answering calls at all hours and responding quickly as well as being very friendly!
Love renting with Thornsett! Our flat is very up to date and clean and we love all the social media competitions and interactions! Brad is easy to contact and willing to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

The boiler repeatedly was showing an error code causing us to lose hot water and heating and thornsett always fixed it in a timely manner and actually replaced the boiler after several error codes - much warmer house now! thanks!
