We are new to the UK. Thank you for providing the wonderful house to our family. M3 lettings were incredibly helpful throughout the entire tenancy.  Michael, Jack and the team are responsible, reliable and professional. They care about us and help us at any situation with quick response, good communication in a friendly manner. Everything is clear and straightforward.  Excellent experience with M3 team. I would highly recommend renting property from M3 Lettings.

I rented a property with this company for just under a year and half. The property itself was modern and in excellent condition. The landlord responded to all queries within hours, and any issues were resolved within a reasonable timeframe. No complaints, I would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing landlords, who communicated with us regularly and provided support when we needed it, anytime we had an issue they would help us and even send someone on the same day to fix it if we couldn't. They also gave us plenty of notice when viewings were taking place.

I shared a house with 3 of my friends on Crookesmoor Road over the last academic year. M3Lettings were incredibly helpful throughout the entire tenancy. Whenever issues arose, myself as lead tenant, and the company's Jack and Michael, had an open and reliable means of communication. Within the day, or at maximum a few days due to certain external circumstances, M3Lettings would ensure that any problem I brought to their attention was dealt with.  They are fair, honest, professional and helpful, and I would happily recommend them to anybody curious about living in one of the properties they maintain, or any landlord looking for a lettings company to support their business.

Don’t waste time and money on Michael and his team. M3 consistently violated the tenancy contract, making day-to-day life as a tenant hellish. I'd highly recommend avoiding this company, there are plenty of better and more responsible Landlords in Sheffield.
