Great place to shop, grab a light lunch, meet friends for coffee and this has it all...now the downside. Weekend parking is first come first served. The disabled parking is right outside the shop door but try getting out of there after shopping and your going to be frustrated. No one will give way and let you out. There's two exits -.front and back. The front exit is clearly signed and easy to get out of in the week because it's traffic lights after the roundabout. The back is something different. If Your disabled or have spinal issues then Do NOT go for this one. The way out is round the back of home bargains then to the left where You have to go over a few traffic calming humps that feel like climbing Ben Nevis. It's torture even in the most comfortable of cars.
We Spent a few hundred pounds in shops with relatives from overseas, just managed to visit 3 shops in 3 hours. Overstayed the three hours and got a parking ticket, Not a relaxing or enjoyable shopping experience I you feel rushed out of the complex. Are retailers happy with this policy? I will buying online or somewhere else. I have a choice and I will take it.
Never again! The parking system chaos, took over 30 minutes to get in & out. Cars backing up to the main road. Plenty of parking spaces, its the in & out system. Good shops if you manage to finally get to them.
Great place for shopping. You have an opportunity to buy everything you are looking for. Many shops, easy to park free.
Excellent place to visit, good shops there and can get whatever you need whether it's food, clothing or even drinks.
Great range of shops, easy to access and plenty of parking. Well maintained, car park clean and inviting.
Went to M&S Foodhall @Crownpoint for tea & a sandwich. The cafe was virtually empty The young man serving was great.Unforunately his two female co workers happily ignored the fact tables needed clearing & cleaning. Toilets very tired and could do with some TLC.Its a 2* for M&S.
The whole place was let down by the disgusting toilets, every single one of the ladies toilets were filthy. The people who left them so disgusting should go use a field. The centre management need to have them cleaned more often, that mess wasn't recently made.
Lots of shops, nice and spread out. The disappointment for this retail park is only 3 hours of parking! If you want a leisurely walk about and to stop for a cuppa, expect a ticket! Its ridiculous.
Absolute disgrace, will not be visiting again! Parked in the carpark, visited a few shops. On return noticed that our car had been scratched all down the side. Asked the security person for help, passed us to the office. Finally got through to the office to be told they couldn't do anything. Yet if we had parked 1 minute over the 3 hour limit or slightly over the White line they would have not quibbles in slapping us with a fine. Shame on you Crown Point Shopping Centre!!
