We have a reactive dog so a visit to the vets can be incredibly challenging. At Crown house, the vet was very understanding, meeting us at the back door so we didn’t have to negotiate a busy waiting room. We managed the appointment without any reaction which was very much appreciated. Thank you so much.
Been with the vets for around 3 years now with our previous dog and now a new puppy. The staff are always happy to help no matter the situation. Always had good experience with all my visits regardless what it was for. Really happy with the place and the staff that work there.
If you care about your pet and want the best for him or her Crown House Vets will care for them like family.
I have been coming to this vets for over 14 years, what a huge decline from the fabulous service you used to get. This practice now only focuses on money and insurance policies rather than your pets well-being. I would highly recommend you travel up the road for decent veterinary care for your pet. Would rate 0 if this was an option.

We have used Crown vet's for many years took another dog on in April took her to the vets she was registered with bad ear infection that never cleared up so transferred her to crown vets a big thank you to the vet that treated her all cleared up
Reception and clinical rooms are spotless .staff are warm and friendly to you and your pets .Good parking at rear of building

Spayed my kitten with them as this is the vets the rescue centre uses. I live about 10 miles away and they allowed me to follow up on her wound healing by sending pictures via email rather than stressing her out by taking her back in a carrier. She was well looked after whilst she was with Crown House Veterinary Surgeons.
