My first visit to a harvester branch and I was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress Vicky was absolutely amazing, funny and kind. We didn’t have to wait too long for food even though we were a group of five and the salad bar was also very delicious and unlimited. The drinks we got were also bottomless and there was a big selection. The restaurant is very clean and the portions were very big. My boyfriend got a burger, ribs, chips, onion rings and hash browns for £15. You also frequently get emails to get %% off, so we had 50% off. Overall good experience. One star off because my fish had no taste but all the other food was nice!
A clean establishment, friendly service and reasonably good prices for food and drink. I thought the food was very nice. I even got fifty percent of the main meals. All in all an excellent place to visit. Edit: I ordered the breakfast. It was quite nice. The fried eggs were quite small with soft but not runny yolk. The sausages were fairly decent in quality. I don’t know what I could compare them to but they came well done. The bacon was lean. The beans were a tad dry. I’d give it a 7.5 out if 10 on quality

What a brilliant fresh and friendly place this is the eat, the staff are always happy and polite and ready to help you when ever you need them, the food is smashing!!! I recommend the chicken waffle a 10/10 all day long and to wash it down with there home made soda refreshments is a dream. If you havnt been get down for a visit and you won't be sorry, also even better now the covid rules gone and you can help yourself to there unlimited salad bar!!!!
Nice breakfast out this morning, Niamh our waitress looked after my daughter and bright one of their bizzi bags which she enjoyed especially the face disguise. Quite a busy morning but overall another good visit.Recommended dishesEnglish Breakfast, Full Breakfast
My usual harvester was in Ashton, then Lowry, but the recent visits to Lowry have been shocking, which meant 50 mile round trip to the Sir Winston. Let me tell you, it's worth the 50 miles round trip, the salad bar is always full, the manager if friendly and chatty, and helpful. Our last visit we opted to get the ultimate mix grill and a full rack of ribs, and my god it was gigantic, check the pictures. We ended up needing take away boxes. The Soft Drinks which are refillable let you choose upto 3 flavours too, which strawberry and lime pepsi max is delicious. The manager was telling us, they are dog friendly too.
Nice cosy atmosphere ordered 2 of the new naughty burgers it came and they forgot the ribs on both plates that go with it I asked the manager and she went and told the chef and they only brought us 1 set of ribs food was good tho also can't understand why the salad bar has to be served to you when you can get up and get your own drink Parking: Parking is free if you enter your reg inside
Very good food and lovely staff. Very good quality food and value for money. Hard to find these days!!! Just a suggestion, for us to give a 5* award I'd suggest you try and keep your customers in the same rooms but spaces between tables so that your staff can keep an eye on guests so there not waiting for longer than necessary between courses. Probably sounds petty but waiting 20 minutes between dishes when the restaurant wasn't busy was a bit much. The staff were lovely but it becomes a long shift if they are working between different large areas and going back to and from the kitchen. Will be coming back soon though for more excellent food.
This place has hugely improved since being taken over by harvester. Nice little car park, but needs more disabled spaces. It is much nicer inside now, with some really squidgy seating which is lovely to sit on and relax. It was also nice to see that they allow dogs inside. Staff were really great.
