We are an official Crossfit affiliated gym that focuses on building our members abilities from the ground up, focusing on key elements including human movement, mobility and of course Strength & Conditioning.

At CrossFit LST – The Agoge, we believe that your training should not just simply help you achieve personal sports based goals, but should help you live a pain free, mobile & active lifestyle. Whether your goal is to compete at The CrossFit Games, squat down to get something from the freezer, or run around with your children at the park, our aim is to do everything within our power to help you reach them!

I joined a few weeks ago thinking that I was in alright shape, turns out I was wrong... Definitely been put through my paces, however I am pleased to say that I am already feeling fitter and noticing a difference.  The trainers and members alike are really friendly, and everyone just seems to want to help.  As a bonus, I have finally sorted my nutrition out with a little help from the coaches.  If you are looking for a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable place to train, I highly recommend.

I’ve recently joined the Agoge and it’s a pleasure to be a part of such a great team. From my first session a few weeks back, both the coaches and other members have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. I’m learning new skills and meeting some lovely like minded people. So far so good :

Amazing place to train . Been member for 2 months now and really enjoying it coaches are great and always there to help with sessions and to adjust session  if you have a injury so no excuse not to go . Being a runner ive never done crossfit or gone near weights but am learning new stuff all the time and coaches are always checking your doing movements correct .

Best thing I decided to do, I've been going for around two months and have enjoyed every session. Phil and Leah are great coaches and have taught me a lot :

The Agoge is an amazing place to train having never done CrossFit I was a little The nervous of the workouts and movements but from the first “no stress intro”  to starting out on the inductions and getting into the first class you feel like a part of the gym, the coaches are amazing give you that push when you need it and ensuring your doing the movements safe. The community are all really friendly and welcome you the atmosphere is amazing, I can’t recommend it enough I’m feeling so much fitter and look forward to every class.

Started this gym as a complete CrossFit novice. I was a little apprehensive as it was an environment I had never been in.the whole team and other gym members made me feel welcome and put me right at ease. There is also an app that you join when attending the gym that allows easy booking and also lets you see what the session lay out will be. This gym is the place to be.

Recently joined Agoge having never done Crossfit before. Trainers are all very welcoming and make it unintimidating to new starters. Very much enjoying it!

I visited this box as a drop in Visitor twice during a stay in Warrington in Nov 2019 and what a warm and friendly place it is. The members were friendly and supportive and hyper fit! but were happy to support this aging geriatric asthmatic as I finished the WoD. Phill was the great coach on those occasions and was also really helpful in booking the classes in advance. You will not be disappointed if you drop in, and if you join as a member you'll become part of a warm, friendly, supportive, fit team! Thank you!
