My daughter and I found this gym and absolutely love it. We are doing coaching with Heather and it is immense. Full of loads of top tips and lots of competition. My 9 year old now loves exercising. Would recommend it to all.

Great people, great gym. They’ve been really good with us, I’m a beginner and their bar bell course is done really well, covers all ground and I’m feeling confident about using the equipment and correct technique. Would definitely recommend this as a friendly gym with knowledgeable owners 👍

Love this gym!! It has an amazing atmosphere that makes you feel very welcome. It is suited to all ages and the owners are always around to help you, with many classes also available to help you improve or start as a beginner.

Wow what can I say! This gym is amazing! Fantastic equipment very family friendly the coaches are extremely knowledgable and helpful. I have really bad body confidence issues and all the coaches are helping me get my confidence back and back into shape can’t thank them enough. Nothing is a chore to them the classes are out of this world! #prideperformance
