Great gym, best I’ve used locally. They have such great equipment to fit all needs and such welcoming staff. Let down is the current lack of wifi and lockers. Apart from these two features, the rest I would consider perfect.

Brilliant gym. Never usually fully packed except peak hours, beginner friendly,  not judgemental at all. Some very kind people even helped me with my bad form when I first started. Highly recommend. Plus it has everything you need equipment wise and a great selection of protein drinks and snacks. 5 stars.

Great gym, great people!  Got everything you need for an independent gym, I don’t feel intimidated or out of place at Ascendancy, everyone is super friendly and willing to help if you need anything.  Because it’s a small gym, everyone knows your face and it doesn’t feel overwhelming attending if you’re new!  Family have now started to join me as they think and feel the same about the place! Oh and B Balanced on site is the jewel in the crown!

Absolutely amazing gym, complete upto date equipment everything you need !  All staff are so friendly & the gym gives a great atmosphere, Sarah Beasley my pt is definitely the main reason I'm joining she made me re fall in love with a gym again and Ascendancy is the one for me

Top gym never too busy and always re-investing in equipment.
