Great Time & great facilites. Good people & vibes!

Very nice gym, spacious and welcoming people

Dropped in to this box yesterday for the first time due to having to work in London.  Great coaching from Brian on both technique and stretching.  Facilities / equipment were great also. Will definitely go back again if opportunity arises.

Customer service is appalling. My advice: never make advance payments. Otherwise you will get into arguments when it comes to contracts.

Love this place coaches are excellent, fellow members are superb especially the lunch crowd, very sad to leave it.

I did Crossfit for the first time at this box. Amazing experience, excellent coaches, everyone was really welcoming! Awesome workouts and a lot of fun! I can recommend this gym to everyone who wants to do real crossfit. Keep up the good work!!!
