This is a fun neighborhood box that packs a lot into a compact space. Because of the smaller space and classes the coaching is very personal. Great place for a drop in or full time membership.
Can't say enough positive things about this place! Great facility, programming, and people. Very accommodating for drop-ins like myself. Had a blast and will definitely drop in again next time I'm in town.
Great box with outstanding hospitality, equipment, workouts, coaches and members! Was looking for a place to drop in while visiting London and I’m happy I chose this one. It was a little far from my hotel but deff worth the travel and I will come back on my next visits!

Shocking facilities, likely worst I’ve seen of any gym. You’re better off buying some weights to use at home - at least you get a shower and changing facilities!
Having worked out here a few times, it's a great place to train. Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere where everyone helps each other to achieve. It has brought a lot of fun back into my work outs
Nice environment and the size is very intimidating. Coaches are great. Good for drop ins as well!
