Best chippy in Widnes and possibly further. We go about once a fortnight consistently good can get busy and always a good idea to keep an eye on your order we have had a couple of occasions when we have received the wrong order or items missing. Understandable when they are so busy.

Usually good but just had char sui fried rice and salt and pepper chips. Very disappointed... same order a few days ago was delicious.... today was near inedible.

Had food from there for years and more than excellent but DROWNING soy sauce on a fried rice dish disrespects the well estabilsed and bloody good chef after requesting soy sauce on TOP not 1.5 inches up the side tasted discusting aswell as the after service after i rang to complain! Things have changed and not for the better unfortunately!! Put your TV back it gave you an ambience it now lacks along with the poor service. You guys need to READ your reviews if you can becsuse you are failing a good takeaway!! The girls on the front look like they have lost the will to live and i cant blame them!! Im afraid thats my last meal from cronton 2 serving customers since 1974 and i have to say this and other reviews are sounding more and more like obituaries unless changes are made!! My food tonight was disgusting and straight into the bin! Thank you for your attention.

If i give cpuld give zero stars i would. It should not matter wether it's your first customer or your last they should all be the same quality! All I bought was chips and my God they were disgusting £1.70 for not even 10p's worth of half decent chips.. FROM A CHIPPY!! Disgraceful!! Never again!!
