Abysmal! Was made to wait over 45 minutes over my allotted time, the receptionist misinformed me about the waiting time, does anyone answer the phone there? I listened to the phone ring constantly while I was there. After someone else went in to see the doctor, I simply gave up! 50 minutes and counting, I'm guessing it would have pushed it over the hour mark. I left but not before the 'not so friendly receptionist' said they could rearrange for 10 days time!!! You simply don't treat patients this way, I left feeling worse than when I arrived - never again!

Very lucky to have this practice in the village. First rate care, professionally run.
