It's very difficult to get an appointment here! They open the doors at 7am so by 8am when the telephone lines open all the days appointments are gone! So I came this morning at 6.45 and waited with 13 other people! But I did get an appointment! So here I am in the waiting room with an appointment for 9.50am. It's now 10.15am. Figures! This place is really poorly organised! Update: Its now 25 past and I still haven't been called. How do they expect working people to organise visiting the doctor when they can't even run on time! This place is a shambles! Update: it's now half past ten so I have been waiting 40 minutes for my 9.50am appointment. This is not the first time! Every time I come here I'm on time or early and this practice is running late! Update: I finally got seen at 10.45! I have tried a formal complaint concerning the surgerys terrible appointment system but I just got a letter back explaining all their problems! No resolutions and it seems nothing has changed here. I have to say the standard of care if you can get seen is really good but getting seen is a big issue here so AVOID THIS SHAMBOLIC SURGERY if you can!

All of the GPs and Staff at the surgery try to offer all patients the best service possible within the constraints of an underfunded NHS system . It is very difficult to know exactly how long a consultation may actually take and if an emergency or more complex urgent situation presents itself to a clinician, then they will give that time to that patient as it is considered clinically necessary. We understand that this can be frustrating for patients whose consultation may be delayed, but the majority of our patients understand and recognise that it may be them that is in need of more help one day.

Very hard to get appointments,,,Drs really good and approachable ,,,just need to get the appointment situation sorted ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
