Brilliant team! The empathy, compassion, encouragent to go further, higher and reach new ground, has been outstanding. Pushed from pillar to post for mths on end Drs the Ritz Ground hog day with these staff members. They don’t give a Toss about Mental Health whatsoever Absolutely Pathetic Thanks for nothing

Shockingly bad care and completely none existent compassion. If you tell this group of morons that you have plans to end everything, they do not take you seriously and do not offer you an appointment for about 6/8/10 weeks!  Do yourself a favour and never have the added stress of dealing with this pathetic excuse of a "team".

Can never get through to them on the phone, new phyciatrist claims I have no symptoms and now my voices are a living hell getting louder and can't get no help through the GP as I'm with Matlock community health team what a joke

This service literally saved my life. Nadine is amazing and incrediblely kind. I had never suffered with mental health issues but This serivices was wonderful. Thank you

The team is very care and has lots of compassion with what they do. I can't thank them enough for what they do for me.
