If I could rate your service i would give you a solid -5/5. Not only has my partner failed to get through to a midwife today, she has failed to get through since day one. You get told 'we're not aloud to answer the phone unless there's two of us here.' I'd advise anyone to go else where. We have to ring around numerous numbers which we get told to contact our midwife about serious stomach pains and contractions at 27W. About time to move.

Lovely helpful staff, usually you do not need to wait to be seen. Nurses are always very kind and sympathetic with children.

This place is disgusting my friend went with a boil on her leg she carnt walk she is in that much pain and They turned her away as they thought she was on heroine due to all the marks on her legs and what they are, are scars from previous boils that they have not treated it's so shocking.

Severe flu unable to contact GP. Tried this unit but didn't meet the criteria for antibiotics. They said try cold remedies which because they contain phelyephrine etc sent my BP sky high . I will try another practice tommorrow. I never bother my GP and need to get back to work. Help !!
