James and the team at Crendon recently sold our house for us. They were absolutely fantastic and went well above my expectations with helping and guiding us through what turned out to be a very tricky, stressful and drawn-out process. Our house was online within a day and we had several viewings and offers within 24 hours! Once our house was SSTC, James provided excellent advice and was constantly talking to the other people and agents in the chain to ensure we got to a successful completion. I can't recommend them enough
We sold our house with Crendon House, and I can honestly say that it is the best decision we could have made. Moving houses is an stressful process, on top of that I am heavily pregnant and if it wasn't for Liz, Emma and James we couldn't have made it. The team are superb, very professional and friendly. Without any doubt I would highly recommend them, don't be fooled by large estate agent organisations, if you want a personal and high standards company chose Crendon House. James and the team are outstanding and great people to deal with. Having originally listed my house with a ‘High Street’ brand estate agent I was quick to see I had made an error. A phone call to Crendon House and two days later I had James come to my house and never looked back. James was excellent, discussed the sale and how things would work, the team came to the house to view prior to showing potential buyers which was great - No weekend staff who just rock up and open the door! House sold in record time and the service/updates after were top class. Gary for the mortgage was an added bonus after needing to remortgage, what better than to do it whilst in one office! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and Crendon House again and again - use a real estate agent who values their customers, not a company where you are a number of a forecast sheet. Matt

The service was nothing short of outstanding, we were kept up to date every step of the way and any enquiries we made, were dealt with above and beyond our expectations.
