First time here. Katie our server was absolutely amazing. So lovely to talk to and gave excellent recommendations. She is a great asset to Creams.
Absolutely LOVE, couldn’t recommend anywhere better to get your milkshakes, hot/cold drinks and delicious desserts : I went this past Thursday, I think it was.. Was greeted immediately by the staff in there. The male that took my order didn’t get his name extremely polite, kind and friendly. Made conversations and recommendations while I waited for my order. I didn’t have to wait long at all, as always the order was perfect and AMAZING! Couldn’t recommend enough, extremely polite and welcoming
Every time you order via. Uber Eats there is always a problem. We’ve ordered on three separate occasions and each time they’ve cancelled and wasted our time. I recommend that they remove themselves from Uber Eats as they seem to never be able to keep up with demand.
Popped in for takeaway waffles and was not disappointed at all! We ordered the waffles royale and the banana-scoff. Both waffles were large and covered in toppings. Ice cream was served separately and included one scoop of vanilla soft serve? and one scoop of whatever flavour came with it. We were not expecting the vanilla so that was quite a welcome surprise! The two waffles came to £15 which isn’t cheap but certainly worth it with all the toppings and ice cream etc. We will be back NB our photos don’t show the ice cream as we were too greedy and had to eat them whilst hot!

Loved it here!! Customer service was amazing and our desserts were very tasty. Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth!
Visited with a group for a friends birthday. Lovely food and service, Jack was particularly kind and patient. Very accessible for people with learning disabilities
Not like any other creams ive been to. Tunbridge wells really lack the customer service and the quality of other creams. Crepes swimming in sauce that they turn to soggy mush.. its ment to be drizzled over but I guess they were trying to cover up the lack of filling they'd scrimped on. Definitely won't go to this one again... suggest others walk a few shops down to a cafe called Poppins... friendlier staff and much better crepes
We were on a sushi mission when the kids spotted the sparkles and exclaimed with delight. Had a fine maki and gyoza and stopped here on the way back. Someone has made a real effort with the interior and and the sparkly glitch looks great. Mine are a bit too old for the kids zone which looks well appointed. Menu great fun and service spot on. A treat ... Enjoy the indulgence
The first thing that surprised me was having to leave the table to go up to the counter to order. Quite why they don’t offer table service is a mystery. The ice creams arrived quite quick once ordered and paid for, however, some of the ice cream had already melted before it was served. The dishes didn’t appear to be hot so it looks like the freezers are broken. Melted ice cream is not for me so I won’t be back again.
