The way they make a latte is not only weird, but you can't even taste the coffee normally, you mostly taste warm milk... They have a brand name in UK, but to be honest it's nothing special... Other coffee shops are way better...

The staff are great and service is as good, friendly and helpful service. The only problem with Costa's is that head office are lying and conning as they constantly withhold points from its customers, especially when it's promotions. I find in the last 2 months (about), points are not being added to my account and have a struggle to receive them. Also they never contact me back, even though ask to and still even today 35 points not added to account, it's done deliberately as they've had about 2 months to fix it, but no, not fixed and Costa's has deliberately kept quite about it. If it happens, it's for the first few hours from opening and mainly when promotions (double or triple points ) are on.

They gave me the wrong coffee, still made me pay. Please actually get my order right. Except from that when they get your order right, the coffee tastes alright. Please improve though

Good selection of food and drink. Staff are friendly and helpful. Situated in a busy part of Tunbridge Wells is nice to sit down and watch the world go by.
