The only reason to not give it 5* is you can not always find a seat. There is always a very good or the best vegan option. Service and quailty does not depend on the owner being present. They have WiFi.

I said to the Austrailan owner there was a comedian 70? years ago who it was said of him - it is being miserable that makes him happy. It made the owner smile. Should I delete this comment?

Freshly made food which tastes lovely. Nice clean place. Brilliant people serving. Can highly recommend.

Really lovely little cafe for breakfast. Smashed avocado and poached eggs were delicious and the portion size was just right. Brilliant service too. Only gripe is a cup of tea is sooo expensive at £2.10!

I enjoy a coffee here. The service is very good and seams popular with an older crowd. The decor is simple yet homely. There are a large number of books to read and gest coffee available. The food is freshly made and there is a table service.
