This is a hidden gem within Nottingham. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The menu has a large selection, definitely something for everyone. The thick milkshakes are amazing, and the waffles smell like they're the best! Prices are reasonable for what you get, although the waffles are a little on the high side. This is most definitely an enjoyable place to visit.

Great service amazing gelato ice creams to choose from.The best cookie dough I've tried in Nottingham they have a children's menu here which is great as other dessert theme places don't, the freak shake was nice but not the best I've tried but over all a brilliant place to bring the family and friends.

A fun place with a variety of desserts, crepes, sundaes, waffles and loads more. Good size portions and very reasonable prices. The staff are well presented, friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!! After being offer a booth table, place our order and pay, the more than rude waitress ask me and my gf to change the table for a smaller one because needed for a larger group of people. We didn't get our ice cream yet and we need to leave. What???? I work for Caprice Holding's one of the leading hospitality company in Uk and as standard we usually ask tables after end their consumptions and pay their bill not before their order is served. Why she didn't ask to the people sitting behind us still waiting for other people and without any order placed? Because probably this"waitress" lack in customer service training and common sense. And also when we ask for a refund she carried on complaining that we had to leave the table, like she own the place. Rude rude and rude. Certainly I will not put a feet in this place that's for sure!!!!!!
