Would have given a 5 star... but the toilet was out of service, had to take my kids to McDonald's across the road to use the toilet. Ice cream and service was great
I have been using this dessert shop for years and still use it often. I have never had a bad drink or item of food & the staff are very friendly. They also do half a waffle of any choice for the kids which you can get with any flavour ice cream which in a nice bonus!!
Lovely little place. Their oreo milkshake is amazing as well as their pancakes. They always give good protion sizes for the price. My only feedback would be to improve the waiting time for orders as I have sometimes waited 15 minutes or longer for a milkshake even when there are hardly any customers.
AVOID!!!! I used to love this place but it's getting more and more rubbish day by day . They went down hill after new owner's took over but you could ignore that as few of the girls were always lovely and genuinely made me feel welcome and made an effort in the presentation . The new girl who apparently is the new manager is so rude her attitude and approach is really awful..you can tell in the staff's face don't look happy..
The portions here are very big. I had a crepe from here and I loved it. The white chubby girl with the bun was so kind and patient since I didnt know what to get. She even suggested some of her favourite toppings that worked really well together. Thank you for the 5 star service
Order from this place on just eat waited an hour and half for them to phone me saying they delivered the food to the wrong address and told me to go to that address and get my own food, I went to the address and they did not have the food so I rang them back to ask what they was going to do about it first I spoke to a young lady the told me I'm giving her the hump now so then I got out on to the standing in manager who then told me she can't be bothered to argue and hung up on me so I had no food and they took the money for it! Not impressed! Will never order from this place again
This is simply an awesome place to visit for a fantastic gelato or sundae. We opted for the latter even they seemed a little pricey and were totally overwhelmed by the size of them. You certainly got your monies worth. Next time we go we may try the waffles after seeing one being sent to another table. For those who want gelato or sorbet theres a superb range of flavours. We will be visiting again soon no doubt.
I was often passing this place but today I finally got inside and I don't regret. They have a super friendly staff. Nancy was very nice and cooked the best waffles in my life. I do advise everyone to go there.
Today l had a really good 'create your own crep'. The staff was friendly and the order was served prompt. I was served by Nancy who was very kind and she even suggested some toppings that go well together. Good job people!
Was at this place last weekend, and I had the Nutella Crumble Crepe which was fantastic, i was spoilt for choices. The ice creams were fabulous, and the Sikh guy that served me was very patient and friendly while i was making my choice. He also went the extra mile in customer service as i had my young nephew with me.
