I can not thank Sue and her team enough for the help guidance and patience given when choosing my outfit for my Sons wedding. I visited the shop on 5 occasions purely because I didn’t feel good about myself and was so indecisive. Sue was wonderful and really did spend the time reassuring me. On the big day I felt a million dollars and was so pleased with my outfit. If you need something extra special with a very big selection then I would recommend you visit Cream. I would recommend Cream Boutique to friends and family without hesitation, not just for choice but for the care and patience each and every member of staff showed. Thank you Sue and the team, I will most certainly be back. I would trust Sue’s judgement 100%, and her alterations were perfection. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We had a fantastic time finding a mother of the bride outfit for my mum at Cream of Royston. Having been disappointed by the limited selection of other stores in Cambridgeshire, we were delighted to find such a wide range of dresses and accessories here. Lizzie was so helpful and patient when my mum tried different outfits on. Would 100% recommend this store to anybody seeking occasion wear.
Cream made choosing a special outfit so easy. They have such a wide range of stylish outfits to choose from. The staff are very helpful giving good advice and I never felt rushed. I am delighted with the dress I chose and the free alteration service has ensured that it fitted perfectly on the day. They also have great accessories, meaning I was able to get a beautiful hat, shoes and jewellery all at the same time. If you’re looking for that special outfit this is the place to go.
I recently bought the dress for my daughter's wedding. Sue worked so hard on the alterations and nothing was too much trouble. The customer care couldn't have been better. The dress feels and looks just as I had hoped and I can't wait to wear it. I would thoroughly recommend Creams if you are looking for that special outfit, and not just for weddings.
My sons wedding had been cancelled twice because of covid. Me and my mum had both bought our outfits from cream in 2020. Sadly my father passed away and due to this my mother had lost weight, which meant her outfit was too big. We returned to the shop to buy another outfit. Sue and the girls in the shop were fantastic. They allowed my mother to exchange her outfit for a smaller size at no extra expense. This is why we return to this shop for our wedding outfits. Great choice and customer service
Just back from a visit to Cream with Sue and her team. I have been looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding in the Summer. It is so difficult to find occasion wear anywhere now. Luckily we found Cream , it was a bit of a drive but well worth it. Sue was lovely and not pushy at all. My 2 daughter's were with me and she allowed us to look through the racks to see what we liked. We found an outfit which was perfect and Sue told us that the designer actually made a hat to go with it. We bought the outfit and the hat. Sue has told me that I can return for alterations, if I need any closer to the time. It's no wonder she has been in business 46years...Great customer service
Fantastic selection of clothes with experienced team. They helped me in the selection of a beautiful lace dress for a black tie work event, recommending styles I wouldn't usually go for but we're fabulous on. Very helpful with a wide range of styles and sizes - have been a few times getting everyday clothes, work clothes and special events clothes including wedding guest outfits.
I went into Cream to look for an outfit for my daughter's wedding on 16 July 2022 - I can honestly say what a wonderful experience - Sue, the owner, could not do enough for me - I chose the perfect outfit and Sue matched it up with shoes, bag and fascinator - I was blown away. Obviously, my daughter was the star of the show and wowed everybody in her dress, however, the amount of lovely comments I received on my outfit was rather special. I highly recommend Cream in Royston as definitely the place to go if you want to find a special outfit. Many thanks to Sue and her staff - there are not enough stars to give. Tricia...x
Travelled for an hour to visit this shop and I found the Perfect Dress for my Son’s Wedding. Lovely ladies, extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made me feel very special. I was looked after by Cheryl at my appointment. We travelled a long way to see what was available and it was worth the journey. The staff are very friendly and helpful advising on matching accessories. The owner is also very accommodating and does all the alterations. Thank you!
