I was reluctant to contact Wisdom carpets having become so reliant on online reviews. Without a website or reviews and looking for a carpet shop that could fit my carpets before Christmas, I decided to give them a go. They promptly organised a visit to my house to measure up, so when I visited their shop (two floors of carpet books) they could give me an estimate there and then. When I got to the shop, the lady who helped me was extremely attentive and helpful and they were all just so friendly. They were able to fit the carpet within a week and today, when I phoned to pay my invoice I spoke to someone else, who was equally as helpful and friendly. I promised to write a review as they don’t have a website or any reviews - they’re a family run business and deliver exceptional quality and service. I will be recommending them to any friends and family locally.
