I just love this shop ! I buy something from them most weeks Tina and her staff are just so lovely and always have a smile and a kind word.Their prices are very reasonable and I have had some lovely clothes from them since they opened. Great job all of you!

I went in specifically looking for a size 16 ladies white blouse with long sleeves, fold down collar, that could be buttoned at the top. Sadly, there was nothing on the rails that suited at the time. Anyway I had a polite conversation with the lady behind the desk, her name being Geraldine; told her what I needed and like a terrier with something in its grip she scoured the back room never giving up to try to find what I wanted. And then, finally, all of her efforts paid off and she found exactly what I needed. I was so proud of her, elated and felt complemented that she would go to such great lengths to help me. A lovely gentleman named Graham was also working in the shop helping to fold my purchase and collect my money, said that Geraldine was always like this, going out of her way to help everyone. This lady is a credit to Humankind and Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and I hope they appreciate what a super representative she is. Clone Geraldine and you will make so much money for your charity it will make your eyes pop. BRAVO to ALL of the staff at Royston.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Charity Shop; raising funds for the quick reaction Helicopter that brings urgent medical aid and care; can transport casualties to hospital from the scene found. The Helicopter is based at North Weald Airfield and has a purpose built base for the Helicopter crew.
