Cannot recommend Craemill highly enough! First class vet surgery. Craemill was recommended by a friend and we were completely bowled over by the high standard of service and care both my husband, myself and our wee dog received. I was very upset when I entered the surgery Roxie is v ill and immediately the usual information gathering that needed to be done was abandoned and I was shown great compassion and empathy. Our vet, Sinead, offered to come with me to our car to bring Roxie in and throughout the consultation she was so comforting and reassuring. The most significant thing for me was how she treated Roxie - other vet surgeries have been very functional and lacking in compassion and empathy in my experience but Sinead treated her so well, constantly engaging with her and reassuring her throughout. Roxie is on treatment now and not out of the woods but I feel she is in very safe hands. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I felt my cat was extremely well cared for here. The vet was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to discuss all aspects of my pets treatment and ongoing care. Very happy client

I had to change my vet's surgery because my previous one retired and his practice was taken over by a large practice. Having experienced them before I wanted a more human approach that I got from an independent practice and this was just what I got. Everyone there was helpful and friendly with a really personal touch. I can honestly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have entrusted Craemill Veterinary Clinic with the health care of my Cavapoo dog, Milo, since moving back to Cookstown from Birmingham in 2019. I feel that Milo is in safe hands and that he is enjoying the care and sensitivity shown by all the staff from the receptionists to the vets.  A very happy customer. :
