Fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. Everything you want in a vet. My wee pup has had sore ears for years and Lorna was the first vet to mention taking cultures to get to the bottom of it and treat her with the correct antibiotics instead of general antibiotics which help for a short time and then the problem starts all over again. They are the first vets I've been to in a long time where I feel that they are genuinely concerned for your animal and not just how much they can charge you. Also, extremely reasonable in their prices which is a big factor to consider in this day and age. I could not recommend them any higher. 5***** Happy wee pup underneath

Staff are super helpful. My dog has terrible allergies and they were very through in treating her issues and are very reasonably priced compared to other vets in the area.

My dog Tess is a 3 year old female Rottweiler and she was very very sick when I went to this Vet Surgery just out side of Claudy village on Friday 30 October 2020. I found them very friendly and helpful and the Vet himself done a fantastic job as only one day later and my dog is nearly back to herself. Thank you very very much from the bottom of my heart. I brought my cat in because he had a sore eye, staff were great, the vet female explained everything to me, making sure I understood..I had been once before unfortunately to get my cat put to sleep, once again the vet male, was excellent, very sympathetic taking his time, not rushing me, all-in all, would not go anywhere else....

Brilliant vets were so kind when I had to put my 18yr old cat down treated her so gently right to the very end.

The staff where very helpful when I checked with them about my dog . This is my best friend
