Moved to this practice recently and I'm very very impressed, Marley my Jack Russell who's 4 was well treated and cared for and he loves it there.
A good experience. JJ was getting the Rabies Vaccine for her Dog's Passport. I felt a little guilty because I was taking up Nigel's time while he had so many sick pets to see. So I did apologise for taking up his time. But we can thank Brexit for Dogs now having to have Passports to cross boarders with these Iislands... Ted
I'm my opinion Riverside Veterinary Clinic is the best around Ballymoney, very friendly staff and the Vets themselves are brilliant, I've been going to Nigel since he 1st started in a building across from the Bush Tavern, all the dogs I've had i took to him, I wouldn't go to any other Veterinary Clinic, 100% from me.PositiveProfessionalism

Highly recommended! Nigel is great, took my kitten in emergency on Boxing Day after working hours and charged us normal price. Great care, lovely man.
Our dog Max was old and very sick so had to be put to sleep as he was suffering the way they handled it was very professional and gave us some private time to say goodbye. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Very friendly and welcoming staff.PositiveReliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Great veterinary surgery nigel is a very good vet and both himself and the staff are friendly. My dog had a few problems and they were dealt with speedily and efficiently and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking treatment and advice for their pets.
Got eardrops without instruction leaflet & no-one there could tell me dosage amount. That level of service cost me £40!
