Amazing care and service on 5 very "special needs" dogs ...a mix of show dogs and older ones needing dentals etc. I was recommended to this practice by friends who have been long time clients and I was not disappointed. I cannot praise Geoff and Colm and the team highly enough and extend our deep and sincere thanks on behalf of Denver, Remy, Panda Bear Blondie and Ronni.
Have been taking my animals here for years. They have got very pricey but I think this is the same for all vets. Only negative would be their time keeping. Never a quick experience. Even just dropping a dog off they make you wait.
We've been using Advance Veterinary Care for a long time. We always get great care. There is plenty of information given. Would highly recommend.
So pleased with the service received today! I couldn’t get my cat into his usual practice as they were fully booked up until after Christmas! Advanced got him squeezed in today to make sure he was all up to date for his holiday away! Thank you so much. Reasonably priced and super helpful!
Excellent service. All the vets are helpful, kind and informative. Also the charges are much less than other veterinary surgerys ..
I used this vets for years treating my dobermans, Jeff, the owner is excellent, and even came to the practice one day when they were on holiday to help with my diabetic dog. I cannot praise them enough and although Ive moved to Ballymena, this is the one thing I miss about Lisburn, nothing else though,lol.
Very busy wee practice but a very dedicated team. Would recommend this vets.
My 17 Yr old cat was put to sleep, the vet was so loving and caring, and I truly thank her.
Jeff and all the team been fantasic with my little Riley after he was attacked by a greyhound. The care was second to none and so attentive. The aftercare my Riley received here with looking after his wounds removing his chest drain. Always making sure he had pain medication plus antibiotic injection. I can't thank you all enough. Riley is fighting fit now. Thank you Advance Veterinary Care x
Will not be using this practice again Instead of being at the hospital with an extremely sick relative l took my dog for her booster thinking I could go afterwards but after being kept waiting for an hour and a half longer than my scheduled appointment this was not possible Dreadful service I am only giving one star because at least the vet I did see was pleasant unlike Jeff who seems to not care about his customers
