Very rude behavior from staff. No hospitality in Hospitality business. Server getting triggered with emotions and showing it to a customer. Have never seen such a kind in my London experience so far.

Been going here for coffee for past 15 years and love the coffee. For some strange reason today the girl behind counter couldn't understand my request for a large latte. Tried 3 times and then gave up. Funny cos she's understood me dozens of times before!! Very odd.
