Wonderful welcoming and friendly atmosphere from all the staff. Very clean and serves tasty food for both little ones and adults. The 3 separate rooms with different activities in each really provides a variety of fun things to do for little people so can keep them entertained for hours.
Such a lovely place for kids to relax and play - much needed in these crazy times. We are members and for my 3 kids it works out as a complete bargain as we are here so often . Friendly staff and great oat milk cappuccino! Thanks for keeping a safe haven available for local parents and their little ones.
This is a wonderful place for kids, and adults! Really friendly staff who are working tirelessly to keep this vital spot open during a difficult time. It feels Covid safe and the facilities are spot on. Thank you
Bertie and Boo is a Godsend. Such lovely staff, such a clean environment and such excellent play facilities. My little grandson's face lights up when I say, 'it's time for us to go to Bertie and Boo'... the family membership is recommended as it gives you priority at busy times
We are members and find it's worth it for us, even with just two kids on the membership. The staff is lovely they know my kids by name, the food is great for both kids and carers, and the space is a good size, especially for London. My kids absoluely love it there, and I love being able to meet a friend for a cup of coffee.
Excellent play area with lots fun rooms to explore. Good food for adults and babies / kids. I felt comfortable with the cleanliness and safety around covid.
Bertie and Boo is a great playspace for our two boys 23 months and seven months. The COVID restrictions feel sensible and effective and it isn't overcrowded. The cafe is very good as well which always helps!
