We celebrated my son’s third birthday at Bertie & Boo and had such a brilliant day, we loved every moment of it. The team at Bertie & Boo go above and beyond to make it the best experience possible, they take all the stress away and are so helpful, friendly and happy. The entire experience was seamless, from booking the party, planning the party and just showing up with cake in tow. They take care of the order of the day whilst ensuring the kids are entertained and making sure the adults feel catered to, too. I had so many guests come up to me to say how amazing the venue was and how incredible the staff were - everyone was impressed at the quality of the party, which made me feel even better about my decision. Thanks Bertie & Boo - see you again next year.
My girls had a wonderful birthday party at Bertie and Boo. The service was fantastic and our entertainer 'Bertie' was great with the children. Celebrating at a purpose-built soft play centre made the experience very easy -- we just had to turn up with the cake! 4 rather than 5 stars due to price -- it's not the cheapest soft play option. Overall, a lovely experience!
Willow had such a great time at her 4th birthday party. The disco, games and magic show were amazing and Boo kept all the kids engaged and laughing for the entire session! Parents were also well looked after and the team ensured that everything ran as efficiently as possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thanks Bertie and Boo
Bertie and Boo is a fantastic place to have a little break for me and my son . The coffee is very good. My son loves to run around and Climbing. I also love the decorations which is getting better and better every week . The Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to have a good time I highly recommend it . Thank you
We shared a 3rd birthday party at Bertie and Boo with our NcT friends. It was really brilliant and incredibly stress free. The staff were so attentive to the little jobs so we could relax and chat to other parents and spend time with our little ones. the entertainment was fast paced so avoided any play fighting or melt downs and everyone was accommodated with dietary etc. No mess to clear up after and a very professional set up, thank you to all the team and entertainers, the children loved the magic show and disco and went home very happy!
Always worth a visit when I'm in the area, my two adore Bertie and Boos Adventure Island. There's plenty to keep the kids occupied in the soft play area, with tasty food, and refreshing drinks to re fuel them before they head off back round again. There's an extensive range of hot drinks as well, with friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you choose what you want to try next. Can't wait for our next visit!
One of the best soft plays I've been to! Staff are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Menu prices are fair compared to other places like this and the overall atmosphere was amazing. They serve a great coffee that isn't heavily watered down like they usually are and food selection is good. Beautiful toilet facilities and everything was clean! Would strongly recommend this place to people with babies and toddlers as there is quite a lot to do with them
Absolutely fantastic!!!! Such a phenomenal day!! All of our guests had a fantastic time, the littles and larges alike. We most certainly will be re-visiting Bertie & Boo for another party. Everything was excellently organised planned and curated. We literally just had to show up. Drinks and food were delicious and all of the adults thoroughly enjoyed their platters and prosecco. Highly recommend getting the upgraded packages. Likewise the additional warm food and vegan food for our littles were delicious. They too thoroughly enjoyed. We greatly appreciated the entertainment for the children. Everything was so well organised and each activity very entertaining. Perfectly judged and timed for our 2 year old and his friends. Mist importantly the Birthday Boy had a phenomenal time!!! The team even packed away all gifts, cake and platter leftovers. It was such a treat for us as parents to kick back and enjoy with our guests happily. Unreservedly recommend and we cant wait to come back next year! A HUGE thank you to the whole team, before and on the day, excellent professionalism and incredible venue! Just perfection!!!
We had my child's third birthday party at Bertie & Boo Adventure Island over the weekend, and it was a great success! A bit of free play, followed by a little disco, lunch and birthday cake, and then a magic show to round things off. The kids had a fantastic time, and 'Bertie' did an excellent job entertaining them and keeping the party flowing, while the rest of the team were bringing coffees to the parents, and the kids romped around. The whole thing was really upbeat, colourful, enthusiastic and never boring. It was so nice to have such minimal stress for a party. We just brought the cake along, and that was it! So easy. My child has been asking constantly to go back and play some more since the party ended, which I think is indicative of a highly successful event. All in all, a fabulous party! Thank you so much.
We had an amazing time! My son couldn’t believe what was happening—he was overjoyed and surprised to celebrate with his best friends and their families in such a nice place. We are so grateful to the team for making his birthday so special. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!
