Been here just few times 5 or 6 times as not living nearby, but I've never been disappointed. I've tried burgers as well as pizza and i can confidently say that all the ingredients are fresh and flavours well balanced. Definitely my favourite stop!... i will try their delivery service next time
Delicious fresh tasting pizzas and according to my husband fantastic burgers. Great service. Would have been 5 star if chips better! All round well worth ordering from though.
Avoid at all costs! Metal found in food! My first time ordering from this restaurant the food was delivered cold however I decided to give them another go. Surprisingly the food was warm however half way through my meal I discovered a metal staple in my portion of fries! I immediately stopped eating and called the restaurant, at first the member of staff on the phone tried to play dumb and say they couldn't understand me. The second person I spoke with was incredibly rude and aggressive, said I had no proof and they don't do refunds. I was told that the manager, who I thought I was already speaking with, would call me however I never received a call. I managed to get hold of the manager the following evening, he was again rude, aggressive and I received verbal abuse down the phone shouting at me that he didn't give a s**t. The most funny comment he made was "what was wrong with the metal". All in all a very traumatic experience that ruined two of my evenings.
Amazing staff always extremely friendly and very helpful. Probably the 3rd or 4th time we've eaten from here and always spot on. There chicken burger with bacon on gluten free bun is the dogs nuts 5* The above was my first review 3 months ago. 5*s i gave it. And it's rapidly gone down hill since. Tonight will be the last time I purchase from here. Shame I loved this place. Need to find a new favourite. Gutted
Got some my order wrong after waiting and hour for delivery but they did happily put it right straight away. Burger was amazing. Chilli chips and dips are sooo good. Long wait for delivery but I guess that's because they are so tasty everyone wants some. Definitely will use again.
I have never been so disgusted in my life, they forgot our order so after 2 hours and 10 minutes we got our food even though we only live 5 mins down the road, everything was cold and lettuce was brown and wet! no apology from the driver or any offer of discount after calling four times to see where our food was. If you want microwaved cold food that takes over two hours to come here's the place to go! Chips were also chewy and bland waste of time and money, overpriced and disgraceful customer service will NEVER even think about ordering from here again if it was the last place in Brighton.
The rudest manager in the history of restaurants and substandard food. It used to be a good restaurant, however it is clearly under new management who are not capable of either cooking food properly or delivering it correctly. Our order tonight was appalling. The drink was not delivered with the food, the food was barely warm and soggy. When the drink was redelivered, it was the wrong drink. When I called to complain I was insulted, told what I should or should not be drinking as a diabetic and told I was not a Cou Cou customer but a Just Eat one. Avoid, avoid, avoid! We will be taking our complaint further.
What a joker. Took him 90 minutes to make 8 pizzas. Phone engaged for over two hours as some other joker was in there having a chat. Reason for delay? 'We don't normally prepare this much veg on a Tuesday'. Asked for an apology. Nowt. Asked for a refund. Nowt. Told me I should have rung, I told him his mate is chatting on the phone. He said he's busy. There was no one in the there. No other pizzas in the oven. I suggested that was useless. He suggested I go somewhere more useful next time. He's opposite a papa john's and down from a dominos. He should be protecting his neck. What a little rotter.
horrendous experience. Placed an order at 19:20 and was advised via their website it would take 45mins - 1hr to deliver. Called the restaurant at 20:35 and was advised the food would be with us within minutes. 20mins later called back the restaurant and was advised someone would call the delivery driver to get an ETA. Again, 20 mins past and no phone call. Rang the restaurant back and this time was advised our order didn't exist, despite £58.20 leaving my bank account. So not only have I been lied to I have been robbed!! Looking forward to this "refund". Never ordering from this place ever again.
Ordered at 7.36 was told 45minutes to an hour we call after an hour and 10 minutes.oh sorry it's on its way. 20 minutes later food turns up cold, burger was chucked in a dry roll chips were chewy and grim phone to complain to be told it's not his problem and they won't do anything.disgusting.not even worth the one star
