Not worth it. Last few times and today ordered and pizza is undercooked. You take a slice and all the toppings slide off it! It’s slimy and wet. Not much taste. Also, today one topping is missing. The last few orders have been extremely bad so today is final order and never again from this shop. The worst Pizza Hut delivery. Update: after one slice and 30min I’m not feeling well. All is going into bin now. WASTE OF MONEY!
If you want to receive your pizza I highly recommend ordering for else where!! 3 hours and still no pizza...... Delivery driver turns up with someone elses order, I'm then told, I have to call the branch to sort it!! Calling them is a mission in itself as they never answer! Called up multiple times to be told it will be coming and then on the last time I then get told "it hasn't been made and will be another 90 minutes! " they then proceed to tell. Me that items will be missing from the deal as they don't have them!! 3 hungry children, they can't refund you unless you contact Customer service which takes 5-10 days! Absolutely shocking customer service, the guy on the phone didn't put the hock down and we could hear him mocking us about having hungry children and the staff were all laughing and swearing about it. We will NOT be ordering from Hove branch ever again!
If you’re into eating cold, bland cardboard this is the place for you. The soggy chicken dippers really complemented the extremely dry and bland pizza and made it possible to swallow, which in itself was traumatising on the taste buds. The 1 hr and 20 minutes I waited on reflection was a happy time, it was all downhill once the pizza arrived.
Ordered from here today for 4 people. When the pizza arrived, the pizza was quite soggy and there was too much sauce. Also there was no garlic on the crust. We order from here quite often and have never had any problems until now.
The pizza was tasty and the service was quick and friendly.
We ordered 4 desserts which again were in dirty dishes.This was all so disappointing for us as a family,it was supposed be a treat for the kids. This is no longer a restaurant but more of a canteen with restaurant prices
Order wrong again. Ice cream missing. No explanation from driver. plus pizzas took 70 minutes to arrive and were cold on arrival. Cannot get through on telephone to report the missing ice cream and get a refund. Very annoyed.
Terrible food. Could not even finish one slice of pizza where it tasted so foul, and the one piece I did manage to consume made me and my husband extremely ill. Chicken was definitely not right as it had an awful smell to it as well. Contacted Pizza Hut direct to advise them of the issue and was completely fobbed off. Complete waste of money as I had to throw the whole lot away, and their food isn't exactly cheap!!! Will not use again.
The dough was raw and literally dripping in grease on both pizza’s not fit for human consumption I phoned the Portland rd, Hove branch to complain and they arranged to get the pizzas re delivered I was happy about this as I understand this may have been a one off mistake They arrived in good time however, they were also massively undercooked with raw dough!! Inedible and would not even feed to my dog. It appears they do not have any quality control measures before sending food out to customers!! I will not be re ordering from this Pizza Hut again as the quality is not what you would expect from a huge pizza chain!
Very poor quality. Pizza short on toppings and chicken wings came with no dips and cold.
