I hadn't checked my trip advisor in 18 months since reviewing this place, the only reason I'm making this review is because of the rude reply received. 

We turned up, saw how utterly disgusting it was, panicked that we had to stay there and spent 20 minutes ringing around other places, then left. Never asked to pay and their reply on TripAdvisor was to threaten us with the police. My partner never spoke to them upon leaving, they know how disgusting there place is so try to discredit bad reviews by calling us weird). 

Stay in a tent or a cattle shed. I wouldn't stay their for free.

We walked in and checked out 5 mins later!!
I have since had texts from the owner wanting to visit my home to see how I live and generally being rude to me because I didn't stay.
Very dated, dirty and not very nice.
I accidentally pressed a star and can't take it of I would give a star that would be to generous.
The owner is rude and has no manners towards his guests.
He also took payment of my bank card after I walked out. My bank refunded the money and are now investigating fraud!!

3 weeks in and I am still receiving texts from this rude man.
He has now said he has taken my address from the booking page and we'll be calling to view my home next week to see how I live.
My home is not run as a business and I don't charge people to stay here, saying that it is still nicer and cleaner then this b n b.

Would come again! Very well priced and close to Banbury station (7 minutes by car). Rooms are clean with tv and fridge. Shared bathroom very close to the room.

Absolutely awful!  The lady was sweet, but he was rude.  He shouted at us through the door.  He had no manners.  Looked very scruffy.  The whole place was scruffy.  No tea/coffee/milk etc.  Had to go and search for some.  Fridge had an old half full bottle of lemonade in from previous guest.  He didn't even say thank you when we left.  The whole experience was disgusting.  Never stay there!

For the price this place is lovely.  Clean and comfortable.  Tony is a character.  Would definitely stay again.  Thank you x
