Gave me an uncooked pizza, when I complained they just heated it up and it looked shit! It was hard and very floury. Horrible. Do not recommend

not very impressed, been waiting about 17 minutes for my barbecue sauce to come over for my dry burger that it’s now gone cold. normally good serivce however the new man ( looks like he’d be called steven but not sure ) didn’t bring over the right amount when asked so had to ask someone else ( lovely girl ) who wasn’t even our waiter. don’t rate steven.

We are regulars at Frankie and Benny's, but today I have to say today it was not up to it's usual standard. The shift manager looked like he needed a good wash and brush up,the chef was a cross between Gordon Ramsey and manuel off faulty towers.He was having a meltdown in the kitchen shouting and throwing is arms all around like some pretentious London chef!!!. And to top it all off they have changed their magnificent Breakfast menu.Come on F&B's sort it out please.

So far, so bad. Waited almost half an hour to simply get someone to come to our table and take our order for drinks and starters etc. Not a brilliant start. Half the menu isn't available. Steak and chicken not available, which is almost the entire menu. Practically everything contains either one item or the other. Very surly waitress who seemed annoyed that she was serving us, telling us everything we had chosen was no longer available. Sorry, but at no point was that our fault. Will wait for food and amend this review, but as the beefy boys and everywhere else was full, we have opted to stay in the hope the food makes it worth it. Ok. Have gone from one to three stars. The waitress obviously felt remorse for her surly nature lol. She came to our table and apologised profusely. So far if she clocked the review as I was typing. Anyway. She has offered us a round of drinks on the house as way of an apology. That's more like it. Ok. Now downgraded to two stars. I'm a fickle soul. The food is really not the best. Sorry F and B. It's awful. Two calzones ordered are missing half the filling, and also taste. The mixed grill is overcooked and awful. The meatballs taste like tinned ones. Only worse. Seriously. We have given up the will. When the waitress returned to ask if everything was ok....We had no words. None. That bad. Do you know what. Despite the drinks. Nothing has redeemed this place. Which is sad. When they first opened it was really good. Food and service were top notch, now, I think they'd be doing themselves a favour by closing down like chimichangas next door. Would not recommend to anyone. Ferociously bad. And I think the staff are avoiding us now. Despite being very pleasant to them. Oh well. F and B Hereford. You are a disgrace. A member of our party asked for the manager. To be fair, he was very pleasant and listened to our concerns etc. A very pleasant and polite man who explained himself and his companies policy well. I feel for him, as he only been here for two weeks. He has a job on his hands. A final word. The manager gave us a 30% discount on the total bill. I still cannot make our rating higher than 1 for the food etc. But for the manager perhaps a 4
