Ordered 4 tyres online at a very competitive price on Wednesday. I was notified by email that they arrived at Costco on Thursday. Shortly after I received a call and booked my appointment for Friday.  Great service throughout, friendly staff, hubs cleaned, tyres sealant cleaned off from the tyres, whole appointment took just over an hour.  Will definitely be back.

This review is two-fold.  Firstly I had a conversation with Gordon about options for my car, provided prices coupled with professional advice and decent craic.  Secondly I ordered four tyres online to be fitted, phone call from Alex confirmed my tyres had been delivered a lot quicker than I expected and were fitted just one day later. Tyres took exactly an hour to be fitted and was a hassle free transaction. Again Gordon was a pleasure to deal with and I also had a good conversation with Alex. Sadly I missed the name of the guy who handed my keys back etc PS I think the initials were.  In all a great experience with mint staff, I'll definitely be back.

Couldn’t recommend the guys here more! Was due to do a long drive and noticed a bulge and nail in my tyre. Took it straight into Costco and they were brilliant, it was no bother, they got the car straight up, tyres changed around and new one on, checked twice and were so lovely and helpful to deal with! I didn’t get the two lads names and I really should have but 100% visit here for tyre needs!

Hard work to deal with and require appointments even pre covid to arrange fitting which didn't suit my normal working hours. Eventually resolved by the tyre bay manager and good job done but took far too many phone calls. Recent update...... new tyres fitted after giving them another chance and totally different experience, good price, job well done and appointment made and adhered to with only 45 minute wait. Happy customer now.

Saved a small amount of money granted but It was nothing but a hassle! 2 hours to fit 2 tyres despite being booked in!? Insisted on fitting new tyres to rear, didn't then balance wheel going onto front, rang to ask for It to be balanced as car was vibrating at 70mph, guy on phone insisted it was my tracking out? I explained It was fine before they had it, proceeded to get shirty with me on the phone... Never again!

A bit surprised at the negative reviews. They were very thorough, cleaned up the hubs and wheel bolts and fitted everything properly. The lads were pleasant and kept me informed throughout. Took about 45 minutes as they were a little busy, not a problem.

Very competitive prices on top range tyres. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient staff with modern facilities. You can shop or visit the in store cafe and they will text when your car is ready. Be prepared to wait as it can get busy during peak times especially weekends.

Cheapest professional outfit for tyre+fitted in the north east. Sell every tyre for every budget.

Do not use tyre shop  damaged my wheel locking key and didn't say anything.   Probably used air gun on it when not supposed to Now have to pay to get my locking nuts off

Refused to fit tyres that have not been purchased from them, despite not stocking the tyres in question.
