Carpets R Us Dunston

had to give start due that i cant rate as 0/zero star. i paid deposit for landing and stairs carpet to be fit in. waited around 4 weeks, they came once and never came back to finish.., only put the underlay on landing and never seen then again. this company hires 2 idiots that are the ones who will fit the carpet they pick and select the job they fancy doing and lie a lot about time. so untrustworthy. a shame they to contract this those 2..a disgrace. try anywhere else.

Not happy at all. I rang on Monday (bank holiday) to check they were open...guy on the phone confirms they are open and asked if I was popping in...I confirmed I was on my way. I travelled from consett so took half an hour, got there and the shutters were down, they were closed! I'd travelled all that way for nothing! An hour round journey and wasted fuel! They guy knew I was coming yet still closed early! He could have at least said on the phone if they were closing within the hour! Shocking service and no way to treat a potential customer.
