This chip shop has gone down hill , Ordered a mixed kebab I asked for my chilli suace to be put in a seperate pot intead of on the kebab but this was apperenatly not an option, even though I could see takeaway pots and even offered to pay more. 
The chips where tasty but both the portion sizes of my chips and kebab were on the small side. The kebab was the biggest let down at £5.10 (with sauce ) it was more like a small meat sandwich and one of the worst kebabs I have ever had.

Appalled with this shop yesterday. As a customer I was sickened to witness the female member of staff (who I believe could be the owners daughter) treating a new member of staff in such an unprofessional manner. The employee was simply asking for advice on how to serve a particular item of food. The girl rolled her eyes several times and made gestures and spoke unhelpful words making him clearly feel embarrassed in front of many customers. The employee asked quietly "please just show me" she responded by not once simply showing him how to do the task completely. Another member of staff who was stood behind began sniggering loudly with the manager of the shop just looking on. I am very tempted to report this behaviour as bullying within the workplace. This should not occur in our modern day. Training of staff should be done in a  professional and teaching manner.  Disgusted customer......

Absolutely disappointed with this place, thought i would try a new fish and chip bar, but was regretting this after my visit. Kindly asked if i could not have pitta bread with my kebab as i dont like it simple request and then i get told to deal with it, they then ask me what i would like with it and i said just mayo please. Then after the long wait I receive my kebab half the portions i see everyone else have. When i get back to eat it i unrap my kebab and see more salard than meat :/ will not be going here again dont recommend

I have used this shop many times and never had any problems. The food is always good as is the service. I have just read Costa"s comment and I thought it was a little caustic and the spelling wasn"t that great but I suppose you don"t have to be literate to cook good fish and chips. Although it is a bit expensive it is probably the best chip shop in Hereford.
