The food was fresh and the flavours were surprisingly well balanced. We had a mixture of starters and mains all of which were good. It's the first Thai I've been to in some time that makes me hanker for another Thai meal. The waitress was very friendly, and after a nice smile brought us an additional pile of after eight mints. What more could we ask for.
The food was tasty but the portions were small with little substance. We were hungry when we'd finished. Very expensive too. £40 for 2 dishes 2 rice and a salad. Definitely not good value for money.
We were visiting Hereford and searching for a good restaurant on a cold and windy November evening. A kind local recommended The Thai on Wye and even went out of her way to show us where it was saying it was her favourite restaurant. We had a wonderful evening. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the restaurant tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The 5* just about says it all.
Good food, but it was the service provided by our two younger waiters that made the evening very pleasant. Manageress ? was a little petty over some prawn crackers, but we'd happily recommend the restaurant.
We had a disappointing experience tonight. Firstly, part of our order was missing, and when we rang the restaurant we could only reach the answer phone. The food was cold and the portion size, for what we paid, was over the top We ordered the duck for two which came with 6 mini wraps, a small portion of duck, dried out spring onion & the stingiest drop of sauce. That set us back £13+. We also ordered the popular prawn noodle dish, for just under £10, which contained 4 prawns. Our spare ribs dish contained 4 mini ribs the length of my thumb. I'd normally not bother leaving a critical review, but having spent £38.50 on the most unappealing, disappointing "treat", I feel compelled to share an honest review. We'd not order from this restaurant again. * The restaurant's customer service was amazing. We have since been contacted by management, apologised to and given a complimentary dish which was all appreciated *
The takeaway service is really good. They also add free stuff including a Thai beer. The food is so good. This is always the first choice take away for us when we can afford it as its not cheap. But Definately worth it
Very disappointed tonight called in for our takeaway, very disappointed with the service of young inexperienced youth, usually get lovely services from a lovely young lady who makes us feel most welcome , lovely food .just get rid of the youths on services they've awful, rude, incompetent. And gives the place a bad vibe, if they stay I won't be coming back ,
The ONLY premises in the whole of Hereford to have a food hygiene rating of zero Google "scores on the doors". You have been warned. Better book the next day off work and stay close to the bathroom!
Beautiful little gem in the heart of Hereford, exquisite food and decoration. The young man who served us was also extremely well-mannered and catered to our every need - will definitely return.
This waa disgusting. Would never order from here again. Waited an hour for my order, only received half of the order which was cold an looked like it had been sat in thr reaturant for a week. When i rang to complain i got my order re sent but in the same state cold and dried up. Was not even worth the money with the amount you got even if it was hot an fresh. Wouldnt even rate this place a 1 star
