Yet again another botched order. This time after waiting 30mins they lost the order. The only chip shop i know where you walk in and order and then wait for a minimum 10mins just for a portion of chips. The final time we ever use this chip shop

First time I've been here & definitely the last ,food was appalling and the service was even worse the manageress spoke to a member of staff like something off the bottom of her shoe and was also rude to my partner in front of a packed shop. I'm surprised that the place has any customers with a attitude like that she really should get some customer service skills what a horrible person.

The food here is very hit and miss. I had a kebab with salad. The salad being a couple of leaves with a tomato and some old cucumber. Also had chips rice and curry sauce one evening. The chips were dried up and brown probably reheated a few times!!
