I’ve started taking my daughter here for a baby chino each week and she loves. The staff are always friendly and full of smiles. The coffee is always great but the attitudes go much further. Can’t recommend enough.

You normally would think that a coffee shop Costa be busy . But not today it was completely dead a few costumer's but not many . Coffee was lovely in fact . It's just sad not many people are their . But I'm sure they will have more customers in time . Like wise it's good to appreciate the workers and the hard work they are approving. Must be hard when trying to keep the business on track . The staff are very busy at times but still very talkative and that is what they need to be doing to keep the business going and smiling is a good thing and staying positive for their sakes . They have a hard roll to do . but still having customers to support them they'll be on the right track .give them time and I'm sure they will get their act together and still as wonderful workers in Costa .it be very sad to see it go for sure . But just be patient and stay focus on the positive. I love Costa I've always have . Their coffee and other drinks are nice and tasty . And the cakes are really good . So let's stay focus on the good things . All they want is feedback on our experience visiting Costa . Good or bad . But see how and where their coming from .they are trying their hardest to have their business on track .and it takes alot of courage to get their .

A love place to have a coffee and chill out with friends. Love the atmosphere here and the staff is super friendly. It can get loud at times and extremely busy but somehow there is always a place to seat.

6 months ago going to Costa in market harborough wasn't a pleasant experience the staff then we're useless telling me Costa didn't do a drink which i have no problem getting at any other Costas but NOW there are three lads Lewis Mai and DJ working there and they are a pleasure and can't do enough for you long may they stay... Well done lads
On my infrequent visits I find the staff very efficient, professional, friendly and cortious.Food: 5/5
