Staff were sound, no complaints about them, good service friendly. Limited cold drinks. Coffee was fine Didn't like the premises, dark decor made it feel quite gloomy inside. As someone else has commented the acoustics are bad, sounds not absorbed well. Very noisy when chairs are moved on the tiled floors. There is also a drone when other customers are talking making it difficult to have a conversation when it busy
Pleasant coffee shop with helpful staff. Service was slow - member of staff was busy cleaning cakes cabinet rather than serving a small queue of customers. Some tables clearly hadn't been tidied for some time.Food: 4/5
Experienced excellent customer service here from the "mature " guy behind the counter counter. He really understood my needs and ensured I got what I needed. Well! Unfortunately this all happened while the 2 younger girls couldn't work out how to operate the till despite me saying I was in a hurry and really didn't need the reward points that badly.
One of my favorite places in town. Always have a good experience there with nice drinks. A perfect place to get some work done. All baristas are very friendly, once I’ve got a student discount even though I didn’t have my student id card with me. Very pleasing. Thank you Starbucks!

I've always like to come to Starbucks they have made a difference for sure . Putting music in the background makes a good difference for sure when you have a cuppa or coffee when your on your own like I'm always I'm it's sure is nice just have time for yourself not always I don't get that as I have two jobs and it's just for a change .. Makes alot more people to want to come in from the hot/ cold weather . I got to know the staff that work their they know me and always knows my name pretty easy to remember really but not all do .It makes a good business when they have made something better for the company. The staff are absolutely lovely very kind very lovely to talk to I always I'm good at talking to people cus people I know do say I love to socialize I'm a people person but that is true . they serve you with passion+ love towards the customers . Starbucks have made a difference with the music . Not many people would agree with me .but I always like to pop in talk to the staff like I said they know me now many times I've popped in it's like I can call them my friend it's just lovely positive vibes that's all coffee shops should have a friendly nature to customers they serve makes a good business relationship I always say . The staff do amazing things to make us feel welcome at Starbucks. They have alot of selected items like cakes if they run out they are always stocking it up for new bakery . sandwiches etc . The refresh drinks are outstanding when ever I go I have the coconut flavour and other coffees or teas or herbal which ever floats my boat If you know what I mean Lol theirs always a good selection of food and drinks .theirs no competition with other coffee shops just I believe Starbucks has improved and doing well with the business other coffee shops are doing the best to keep things simple and easy and keeping it running . And Starbucks has managed that to the great amazing team they have . it's absolutely amazing taste so good . You should try it if you like coconut . I'm just thankful we have such wonderful people that have very good manners and can have a conversation with for sure . Keep it up Starbucks we love what you do and we definitely need alot more companies like you .thanks for the hard work and the amazing staff you have built up and made a place where we can definitely feel at home . You have had a rough ride but you sure have made it to where you need to be now making a place clean and tidy and making a place to stay long periods and just relax with family and friends . Vegetarian options: They have based plant food options like the cake I had was based plant caremal banana muffin was delish
An awful dark, dingy environment, made worse by terrible acoustics one screaming child and the space becomes unbearable. However, the experience is saved by fantastic staff who have been nothing but friendly, diligent, and really care about what they're doing.
Ok so reviewing a Starbucks may seem silly but there are still good and bad even within a chain as notorious as Starbucks. Coffee and food are what you expect from Starbucks but they do have a tendency here to under stock so that by lunchtime things are out of stock still frozen. WiFi works ok Decor and ambience is ok after an update. Dark colours and grey tiled floor. Comfortable chairs and the usual stuff but still noisy. All that said it’s fine but don’t go in with expectations beyond that.
Brilliant job! Had a bit of an accident with the little one and they gave me a replacement for free! Such a lovely lady serving today great spirit made me smile and feel good. Such a great and amazing place!
Had an exceptional experience here today. The barista on the till gave some wonderful suggestions for our drinks and the barista was so careful around allergens whilst being very personable and fun. Definitely the A team working. Wheelchair accessibility: You'd need to go up a step. OK for an ambulatory user. An electric would need a ramp. Dietary restrictions: Sometimes there are gluten free items. Bar staff are Allergy accommodating and there are lots of different milks.
