It's not bad coffee, it's not nasty but it's not £3 worth. You never come away thinking it's a nice cup of coffee. I would say that you may possibly get a better coffee from McDonald's. Also - my friend asked for a black coffee but had milk on his. Up your game Costa.

Nice and big. Bit sure if she was meant to, but my wife enjoyed a McDonald's with her coffee and nobody shooed us into different seating. That's probably one of the few benefits of the impersonal nature of motorway services - you can get away with more off-the-grid behaviour. Product up to scratch.
