Awful service today. Tables and floor dirty and the toilets needed a really good clean. Impatient staff on the counter, obviously a new staff member who continually needed help and guidance and a very frustrated co-worker who had no patience for him. Both our hot drinks were not warm and I felt that the staff were approachable to complain. Our cake plates and my daughter's empty cup were whipped away before I had even finished mine. I think more training in customer care is needed in this store.

Open and close when they feel like it. Vastly understaffed the queues are often intolerable and the coffee is unpredictable. Costa appears to be costcut these days. No seviettes no saucers it's just not good enough. This is from someone with over 20000 loyalty points! Things in Harrogate need to change.

Excellent service & very friendly cheerful staff,also good to find clean& ample toilet facilities.
