Longest wait in the queue of this Starbucks. It was a busy day but even so I couldn't believe how slow it could be. The setting is nice and the decor was good. Nice upstairs. The staff were friendly but seems as though they had no system.

Nice staff and upstairs is nice area to relax great service and quality produce but a bit pricey but you all ready know that b4 you go in however like everything els in life you get what you pay for i took my 5 year old and even tho he cant sit still for more than a millisecond we both enjoyed it defo a recomend place to go

Small ground floor entrance but plenty of seating upstairs with views down on the main pedestrian street. Good coffee and food with free Wi-Fi just the job for a 20 minute escape.

Staff don't pay any attention to how the customer wants the drink made the small old lady with curly hair asks what can I get you if you tell her a latte large size she won't ask do you want anything else in it ie syrups extra shots or whipped cream. I think the manager Helen should get rid of her as she lacks in people skills and doesn't come across customers very well.
