I absolutely adore this Caffè Nero location. It is my go-to for a brew. I never used to drink coffee, but the job I do is just short of having "drink coffee to remain vaguely human" written in the contract. Luckily Caffè Nero had the White Chocolate Mocha to ease me into coffee-drinking, and boy has it worked (it's up to you whether that's a good thing or not). I got their festive xmas hot chocolate (salted caramel) a few weeks ago on my way home, and it threw me right back to my dad making me hot cocoa after school when I was a kid! Staff is always very friendly and has been very accomodating to any requests I had. Music is moderately loud, but not annoying so. Prices are reasonable for the quality. All staff are very skilled in their job and I've never received a disappointing coffee from them!

Quick service in here even when there was a queue . The staff were friendly and also there worked as a team where as two here doing the serving and getting the orders while one team member was doing the cleaning up the tables and washing up the pots.

The best place to sit and chill and watch the world go by !!...The atmosphere is fab and a coffee is amazing and the staff are brilliant and everybody that knows me can find me there at some point ;) great place to meet friends !

Me and my daughter love our local Nero's. The staff are always friendly and know exactly what we like. I have soya hot chocolate and it's always lovely and choclatey. X
