Utterly useless, opened late gave a mouthful of verbal, and couldn’t find anything or set up and then had to get the cash registers, Cmon you have a captive market here, bit of thought as it opens at 9am, but obviously not when it’s pissing down. Not impressed.Food: 3/5
Staff are lovely but the place is never fully stocked. We go before work when it opens and they are regularly out of the breakfast baps or cookies. Not dependable unfortunately. More care needs to go into this place as it is a staple for some people.Food: 2/5
Costa coffee in Witham at the Grove centre is my bolt hole when I need a few minutes away from shopping. Lovely coffee and delicious other drinks, tasty food and nice staff.Food: 5/5
Dirty cutlery and stale cake, also need to brush up in Thier cross contamination with serving food, mentioned it too senior member of staff who didn't seem to grasp what I was telling him, just kept saying all products are labelled, placed all 3 cakes on one plate, no big deal too most people but if you have an allergy to certain ingredients this is a big no no,

Lovely place to sit and have something to eat and drink. Their hot chocolate is amazing. They have a lovely selection of cakes. Wheelchair accessible. They also have toilets. Good place to go if you are shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wheelchair accessibility: They are on one floor. The doors are automatic if you press the button then you can go straight in. Tables are easily accessible. Laid out well.
Have been a regular here for the past 6 years, love it here. Fantastic friendly staff and great coffee. Staff know the majority of their customers by name and get to remember your regular order. Been to several Costa when out and about but this is my home from home. Have also made friends with other regular customers.
Very nice coffee shop with friendly staff. Not too expensive and affordable. Great coffee and the hot chocolate is out of the world. Its a nice size store with plenty of space in there. The cakes and food are lovely . Love the millionaire shortbread myself . Will definitely be going back in there again.Food: 5/5
The restaurant was a bit understaffed at the time I went in. I was served by a lovely lady called Lily. She has an infectious smile. She took my order and made my drink too. Its the first time I've gone to Costa and had a drink made at the perfect temperature. Amazing feat! Well done Lily! If you go you'll be happy to know that it is wheelchair accessible, they have dividers at till points and clean frequently. It has great lighting. Will definitely return.
