Price very high compare with the same product you could buy somewhere else, and it’s even a Petrol Station. Greggs cost you £2.40 and Asda Petrol Station cost you £1.10
Staff clearly stressed/ overworked and seemed to disagree about when the seating area should close. Having sat down with our drinks and cake after asking if it was ok to eat in, another lady appeared, quite obviously annoyed and told us it was closed and began quickly pulling chairs away from tables. Some people got up but after speaking to staff were allowed back. I assume because, like us they had already paid to eat in. Greggs please display times your seating area closes to prevent customers unwittingly being caught in this situation again. Very unpleasant atmosphere.
Always lovely sausage rolls and donuts. Coffee is OK. Friendly staff. Toilets could do with some cleaning . Not advised to use them at the minute.Food: 5/5
I always find that the staff at Greggs are really friendly. Service is fast and cakes and pastries are second to none. Who can resist a Greggs sausage roll. Yummy!!!Food: 5/5
This should not be open with the state of the toilets. There was food on the floor. The dust and dirt was unbelievable. The toilet brush was on show which was soiled. Disgusting for a place that is serving food.

I went greggs today. First time it wasnt so busy when it normally is . Don't matter the time of day. I ask for a vegan sausage roll. The guy that served me ask me if i only wanted one and i said yes. After leaving the shop , he gave me the wrong order . He gave me a normal sausage roll. I am forbidden to eat being muslim. I glad the other customers in shop could see his wrong doing.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Was very busy being the summer holidays. Took my mum who is in a wheelchair and really struggled to get around the shop and find a seat that we could park the wheelchair at the table. Ended up being squashed in a corner and quite stressful.
Getting sloppy in there success, Food never hot no more, Slow staff, People buying just coffee? Disappointed, won't return for a while if ever I want a sausage roll but not if I have to wait 15mins
Greggs is a popular place. When I went the line was going out the door. Friendly staff. Places to sit inside and outside. Wheelchair accessible. I had a Tuna baguette that tasted amazing. Good variety of food and drinks.
